At Pro Stock Hockey Sticks, we want to ensure you have the right tool for your game by offering a 30-day return window for all unused gear. Please note that once a stick has been taped, cut, or used in play, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Verify Condition
Ensure the stick is in its original, unused condition with all factory labels attached and no modifications such as tape or height adjustments.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box or a similar protective hockey stick mailer to prevent structural damage during transit.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
